The Home Service Club (HSC) considers themselves innovators and industry leaders in the field of home warranty. The company’s core focus is on home warranty products and they serve across 48 states in USA. HSC has a large network of independent contractors who are picked after careful screening. HSC has two main home warranty plans - Standard plan and Comprehensive plan. Cold season arrived and furnace exhibited issues. The Home Service Club dispatched a repair man who squeezed us in between appointments in the area and swung by to look at the furnace. He said the blower was bad and that he would be back after his next appointment. He came back and had the new part with him and said The Home Service Club already gave him authorization to make the fix and fixed our furnace. Pretty good if you ask me view less

We've been with this company for a few years and had a few plumbing problems here and there, but this time around my washer broke and with a household of five it is a nightmare. Two play sports and we used this washer to death and it was only five years old. Technician that hsc sent confirmed what we suspected, bad bearings and drum. Hsc immediately said it needed to be replaced and was not worth such a repair. We received three models from lowes of similar systems, one of which was perfect and fit right in with the same old dryer that is still working like new. They stayed on top of the process and before last weekend the washer arrivied. Lowes delivery guys brought it downstairs, and carried up the old one. Recently my fridge-freezer was leaking. I had no idea where the fluid was coming from, I contacted my warranty company and they sent out a technician. When he arrived he was able to identify the source of the leak right away and using a whole lot of parts it was repaired. I know the repair and parts must have cost HSC a bundle so I'm even happier that I have my warranty.

Been dealing with an ongoing air conditioning issue for the better part of two months now. First few times the technician was here without me ad my wife was here and he added some refrigerant on one visit but did not see any leaks, cleared the clog in the pan and line another time, did some rewiring and changed the breaker another. Each time he left the air conditioner was working and each time he had to come back for yet another issue. We were dealing with Tommy at the Home Service Club and we discussed our system in detail and could not figure it out with the tech. I've seen different issues in the past but never anything like this. Eventually with some brain storming and thorough discussion, which Tommy was always willing to help with and I appreciate that, we were able to pinpoint the issue to an intermittent issue with the compressor. We agreed that an expensive leak detection was not worth it considering the compressor repeating issue and the fact that the air conditioner was almost 24 years old and discontinued. Once figured out the process was much simpler and faster. Tommy had the technician pick up a new air conditioner along with a digital thermostat and a new pad for the outside unit from a local warehouse and he added me to the next available appointment for the installation since he ha sbeen here so many times and it has been so ongoing. They did a very clean job on the installation and added some insulation to the outside lines which has been torn off over the years. The new system works good, looks good, and no issues to be foreseen. Significant improvement in the cooling of the home since the installation. My wife and I are very satisfied with Tommy and Brad the technician and the overall commitment to resolving this out of the ordinary issue. view less

I bought my home warranty from the home service club. At the time i knew it would be valuable i was just not sure when it would be.When my water heater quit working I made a call to HSC and explained that I have a 2 year old son in the house and needed the water heater up and running again fast. They arranged for their local plumber to come out and make the repair. We now have hoit water again.

One of my burners wouldnt fully heat up on the highest setting so I reached out to the home service club to set up an appointment for someome to come out and fix it .The repair company called me and we set up a time for the following day. They arrived on schedule and confirned that the burner had had to be replaced. He quickly got approval and came back to replace the burner with a brand new one.

After typing in the claim online for my sump pump, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back so quickly. I was set up with a plumber that has been to my house on a previous claim a few years back. I told him I thought it was the sump pump, and he actually came with a new one in his truck. He replaced it and all I paid was my deductible and gave a tip.

So my dryer wouldn't start. It was very annoying to me because I now had wet laundry drying all over the house! I contacted home service club, not sure what to expect because it was my very first claim. I contemplated calling both them and a technician from yellowpages on my own as well but a technician called my land line to schedule appointment for the following day so I stuck with it. He arrived within the given time window and said it was a common issue with the dryer that I had and that he has seen it a bunch of times. He took a couple of pictures for the warranty company and came back in fifteen minutes after getting the part from his truck and fixed it. My freezer didn't feel cold enough on Monday. I rang up Home Service Club. I have no experience with freezer repairs and so I wasn't sure how long it would all take, but that same day I received the call to schedule. The earliest he was able to come down was on Tuesday afternoon, so I tried to keep the freezer closed until the appointment and moved the items to my neighbor's fridge. After checking out the freezer he said the a couple of parts needed to be replaced and that he would request approval from Home Service Club. He replaced them and it was up and running the next day. My tenant's dryer wasn't getting hot enough. Although they called me about the problem originally, I gave them the info of the home warranty I have on that property and HSC dealt with it from there. I did not have to be involved in setting up appointments or following up at all.The tenant did let me know that the heating element was replaced but the dryer was now up and running. The water heater stopped working and water was leaking out all over the basement. I called HSC to arrange for emergency service and they got me in touch with the repairman who talked me through shutting off the water supply to the tank so the leak would stop. A few hours later the repairman came and went over the water heater to figure out the problem. He informed us that It would need to be replaced. On Friday my stove top stopped working. We thought it was an electrical issue, so we checked all the switches and the breakers, but they were all fine. We realized the issue was with the actual stove top, so I called HSC. We scheduled service for Monday. The repair man arrived and after looking at it said ther was a faulty igniter. He said he will call the warranty company to get authorization and get the part from his truck. He was back about twenty minutes later and replaced the bad part. It works fine now as before. The fridge wasn't working, so I called in to place the claim. At the end the fridge was actually replaced with a brand new similar one, so I'm happy about that. I paid a little extra for installation and to remove the old one, but I am happy with the one I got and I was able to pick it out and get it approved.

Another claim went great and all I paid was the service call. We are retired and don't have too much spare cash, our daughter pays for our warranty payments and knowing I only pay the small amount instead of covering the entire cost is very reassuring to me. Also I don't have to worry what will be in the future with repairs and such. I tell all of our friends to sign up because we are all in the same situation and this kind of service is very helpful! view less

hearing a salesperson tell you something and then actually experiencing it really confirms to me this companies commitment to its customers. When I purchased this home warranty the salesperson I spoke to told me that they get service to you in 24 hours on average however some cases it can take 48 hours but that is the norm. So last Monday when I placed a claim on my AC at around 8am and a serviceman shows up at my house at 3pm i really felt the level of service. They have been there for me and my tenants in every way. We have 3 homes we own other than our own home and we depend on this warranty whenever something breaks down in any of our homes those of us who have tenants know its not easy owning a house in another state and having tenants so the warranty is a important factor in owning a house for me and the service from this warranty is absolutely the best i have ever had. I had put in a claim on my oven a few days before a family reunion I was hosting and was very nervous it would not get fixed in time. I called the claims department and stressed that I needed this working ASAP and as it happens the tech was out the next day and repaired my oven!

My fridge stopped working so i called HSC to make a claim. It was great the lady in customer service was very professional and made sure to get a service repair guy out to my house the next morning I explained her that we really need to get our fridge back up its a priority in our house as it is in every home. Sure enough at 10am the next morning there was a serviceman in my home working on my fridge. Two hours later my fridge was working like new. view less

Last night when I got home from work my garage door would not open, I made a service request online and this morning I got a call from a garage door repair person. He set up a appointment with me and my wife was home only until 11:30 am he said not to worry he will be done by then and he was. He replaced the garage door opener thankfully my wife was not late for work.

Monday my AC blew out just stopped working in this ATL heat thank the Lord for this warranty they came out and replaced the AC took care of everything. The tech (Mike) did a great job and the young lady in customer service (Jenny) was a great help to me and my family.
