This company is a sham, and it is becoming increasingly clear to me they have no interest or intent to fix my plumbing problem that has now become an emergency because they have not responded for over 3 days now. I can't even get anyone on the phone to get an update, or get another company sent out. Do no purchase a warranty with this company.
