The worst company ever I have called them several times to get my money back after just a year of a 3 year plan they never gave my money back or contacted me in reference to my refund. The 1-888 number no longer works.

Bought a policy for three years in 2016. I never needed them. Now I need them for a repair. The phone was out of service, and I see on Google that the company is out of business. It is a scam. Does any body have any idea what can be done now? How to do a class action law suit against this company?

I bought a full 5-year contract starting 6-1-16, then was offered getting a 6th year free. Then the sales manager said i can pay upfront and get a discount and only pay $2k. " They told me that i was in a "heavy service volume area" and that i would receive VIP service. Well, you know the story, I was given the run around for the 2 or 3 small claims that I submitted regarding the microwave, dryer and pool heater. They didn't pay, they didn't answer the phone and now if you call it's just a busy signal anytime day or night. I'm just now seeing that they are CLOSED. NOT Fair! Can a company just rip people of like this?? I've received nothing, and my contract is supposed to be valid until 2022 and I paid in full!!! The guy who sold me has a PA direct line and his name is Frank Anderson, going to try and track him down and I want my money back. We can't let these guys rip us off!!! gone out of business without any notice. But they charged my credit card this January 2018! Fortunately I found it out in time. That card was not used much and I almost forgot it. Had to cancel my card. Be careful of giving credit cards to home warranty business.

We went back and forth about getting my money refunded because they couldn't provide the service that they had agreed to provide when I paid them their yearly fee and he finally said that he would refund my money. Well it's February 2018 and the refund never arrived, I wasn't reimbursed for the services I had to pay for out of my pocket due to their lack of service providers and they called me to renew my policy. I have been trying to get through to this company for months! Their phone rings and then goes busy. I found out here that they have gone out of business. I am so mad!! They took our money for a two year policy and then NEVER replied to any of my emails! This is so frustrating! I feel as though I have been ripped off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

We are not a plan holder we are a provider, have been trying to reach these people for three weeks to get paid , they do not answer there phones. If you have not purchased a plan I would hold up till you find out if they are still in business and paying there bills !

They don't even pick the call now, every call goes into the automated response and after selecting the option, it will ring for 2-3 times and disconnects. Worst home service warranty company ever. First - no one answered the phone. Then, after 2 months, they answered, but never sent anyone out for repair. I am out $1300 and can't get reimbursed for what I paid out of pocket - for covered repairs. I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office.

I got scammed by this fraudulent company !!!!!!!! I filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General. They replied promptly and are contacting Secure Home Warranty, LLC for a response and are also forwarding the complaint to the Oklahoma Insurance Commission. I RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE DOES THIS AT YOUR LOCATION TO GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. It is easy to do either on line or over the phone.

While purchasing the policy they had offered 3 months of free service , in other words while I paid for 12 months I was offered coverage for 15 months. When I called them after 12 months to start a claim they simply refused to accept the claim without assigning any reason. Your customer service call center/department is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! No one should have to call all day to reach someone on the phone or need to wait 24hours for a call back. I purchased a home warranty approximately one year ago from Secure Home warranty for $400 for the year. Recently I had an issue where my dishwasher wasn't functioning. I called Secure Home Warranty to place a claim on my dishwasher, they sent a technician to diagnose the dishwasher. The technician deemed the dishwasher to be not operationally functional. Instead of replacing the dishwasher for me Secure Home Warranty informed me to purchase a new dishwasher at an appliance store and they would reimburse me just for the part that failed when the technician diagnosed the dishwasher. I did not like this idea because i would've preferred a new dishwasher instead of spending my own money to buy a new one and just be reimbursed for the partial cost of the dishwasher. To me this defeats the purpose of having a home warranty to begin with. Anyway I accepted their offer because I did not want to be left without any money, to me appliances are expensive and any money helps. I went to home depot and bought a new dishwasher plus installation and delivery fee I spent around $450 and secure home warranty claimed they would reimburse me for $175, not even half the cost of the what I paid. They emailed me disclosure to fill out, sign it and return it. It said I agreed for them reimburse me $175 and I would receive it in about 30 days. This was in March 2017, we are now coming up to the end of June. Four months later and I still have not received my reimbursement check. I tried calling several times to request my the status of my check but the receptionist was of no help she simply would just take a message and thats it. I called three times from a phone number I searched on the internet "Secure Home Warranty" in one week and did no receive one phone call back. I filed a complaint on Facebook and another dissatisfied customer of secure home warranty reached out to me and explained to me that she to was having issues with this same company. She gave me a telephone number to a manager of secure one warranty named Frank. I called Frank and he claimed the company was having server issues and there departments were backed up for weeks. He stated to me no worries that I would receive my check in about 10 days. I waited 10 days and still nothing I reached out to him again and he again stated in 10 days I would receive my check. Again I waited 10 days and still nothing. this would repeat a fe more times and now I am just fed up. This company is a scam and valued customers should not be treated this way by ripping people off. Its not right. I would also like to add that when I signed up for a year the sales represantive stated that she would include an additional 3 months as part of a promotion. When I called frank to check on my reimbursement check as well as check time remaining in my policy he stated I would not receive the additional 3 months because it is only for people that renew.
