I appreciate this company but feel they could be more proactive when technicians are delayed with completing jobs or setting up appointments. It has been weeks since my dishwasher and stove has not repaired. They raised there rates 50% before inflation even kicked in. They also need to repair items that are due for updates which can cause hazards, such flooding, fires, etc.

The value for what you can get service wise is good if you can get it. However the service hold times, vendors contractors are shuddy, low class, and some down right unprofessional. There is more wrong with AHS than what is right when weight in the balance. Even my dryer is not fix yet from last year?? Overall service is horrible I\'m looking for something better to come along to make the switch. I'm not asking for much only basic service to get the job done and someone to answer phone in at least 10-15 minutes the most, instead of hours to non at all. Always frustration with AHS.
