Wife experienced drain back up from the washing machine which flooded the laundry room. Initial plumbers had no success in clearing the blockage. I was shocked to find out my plumbing contract prevented the plumber from going on to the roof and snaking the vent pipe or going under the house and clearing the obstructed drain line. In frustration I requested one last attempt to clear the drain, a plumber and his assistant came out and were successful in clearing the obstruction by using a 1/4 " snake with an articulating head. Wife happy to have her washing machine restored.

I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher less than 2 years ago. Scheduled a service appointment because water doesn\'t spray and unit doesn\'t heat. The repair company called me the next day asking for the model number so they could order parts 2 pumps). (You have the model number!) I gave them the model number again and asked how they knew which parts to order since they hadn't even been out yet. They FINALLY got the parts in 4 weeks later, scheduled an appointment another week later and finally came to the house today. The guy spent less than 5 minutes, started a cycle and said he needed to order a board. "They will call when the part comes in to schedule another appointment." Are you even kidding me?! I can't hire someone to fix it on my own because it will void my warranty. Beyond frustrated. AND as a side nite- if I need 2 new pumps and a board in less than 2 years- how about replacing the whole unit?!

Have them on my Washer and Dryer. Washing machine leaking water. Repairman sent to house said it need a watrr valve replacement. Two months no word back from company that ordered the part. Called Lowes and they said frepair not covered due to mold on front loading seal. I will never buy buy another appliance from Lowes. There extended Warranty is a joke do not buy.

The contractor was absolutely awesome! On the negative side AHS you guys subpar. It took over a month to get the part and get my heater fixed when the guy had the part, but you guys made him wait in order to get the part from you. Thanks for covering but really? Over a month to get the require part to fix my heater. Not sure I’ll renew after that.

all previous services has been great: timely, items replaced timely. Our micro-wave was looked at by a service man sent by AHS. We were told it would have to be replaced. CALLS TO AHS purchasing dept were not responsive. We waited over 30 minutes each day we called, 800-326-6710. not satisfied. The customer service person who transferred us to the purchasing dept, gave us an American name was obviously not American and her American-English was terrible. We had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. Not satisfied with the wait time and customer service. I want to talk to a real person with American-English.

My water heater was leaking in the attic. I put in a request to AHS on Saturday night and Monday the tech was at my house. The diagnosis was a bad water heater that needed replacement. No problem AHS replaced my water heater no questions asked and I was back up and running in no time thanks to AHS!!!
