I have been with AHS for over 7 years and everything was great. Suddlently this year I paid my renewal in full. Same coverage I\'ve had for 7 years. But AHS decided they wanted more money from me and they changed me to a higher product. I have been calling them every week for the past 3 months to get this resolved because I am NOT paying the additional premium for services I did not agreed to. Customer Service keeps giving me the run around, lying to me and nothing gets solved. I am really done with them to point of putting a complaint with TREC. They do not honor what they say. They are stealing from Consumers.

Air conditioning went out in the Evening. Too late to get anyone out, So with the 3digit temps it was a very Hard night. AHS robot assigned me A company. Im the morning called the Company and they said first available Is July first. 10 days in this heat I could Not make it. I called AHS and finally got A live representative. This young lady Was so very kind. I let her know with My age and no air was not sure I could Survive 10 days with no air. She worked so hard and found a company That came with in two hours. Thank You AHS! Also a huge thank you to the Person who did all the work in making This happen!

On Sunday night my thermostat went out and the upcoming week should be in the 90s. I fogot to schedule a request on Monday but did so on Tuesday. V****** scheduled G*** to come out between 12-5pm with a reminder call prior. He came and went and gave excellent service. Installed a new thermostat and I had air again. I cant ask for more.

Worst customer service ever - if you can even get someone on the phone. Expensive service charges and band-aid solutions. Six service calls later - still no solution. They just keep adding freeon instead of replacing the coil. SHAM. The last call: I had to be put on hold for ten minutes, only to be told someone can\'t get out there for a week. But they are always quick to charge for that service call. Will have to take it up with my bank and the BBB. Shameful.

First, I want to cancel my plan effective immediately after this month. The customer service has been horrendous since I’ve been dealing with AHS. It was something I just dealt with due to the fact I needed service requests, but I have reached my last straw with them. I have called repeatedly since Saturday, and have not got any help at all. My house has been 88 degrees upstairs and 85 degrees downstairs, and I placed a work order online on Sunday and even after they advertise 24/7 emergency help A-USA air conditioning was not available. I called about 10 times today to schedule service/get a recall done from my LAST SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER REPAIRED, just to be told that my 30 day period was up on the 20th yesterday so I would have to pay another $75 even though the issue was never fixed. How can that be fair if I scheduled yesterday AND called just to be hung up on yesterday. Today, I tried to escalate the call today twice just to be hung up on the first time, and still charged the service fee the 2nd time. Also, the vendors suggested are not available until July 1st, so they are basically asking me to burn up until then. Does nobody understand the urgency of an emergency? Either way I am completely sick of AHS, the crappy vendors you assign, and the extremely insensitive and unhelpful customer service. I will be much more happy to go spend my money with a company that actually cares to take care of their customer in a timely manner, and doesn’t charge for issues that were never fixed.

The contractor that repaired our oven was very friendly and very knowledgable. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. We hope he returns to all our repairs. The only negative is the time it took for the part to come in. We were hoping the part would be available sooner and the entire repair time would be a few days and not several weeks.
