I renewed my warranty with this company even after reviewing other warranties. It is significantly different from homeowners insurance; my premium will never go up nor will I be canceled and they dont cover everything from plumbing, fans, ac to washer and microwave. Im a little disappointed that my deductible went up from 75 to 100 but ive had many claims (purchased a lemon) and my warranty has saved me $1000\'s!
