Terrible hours of waiting ont the phone to get thru to ask a question. Used 2 of their plumbers no one could do the job. I still got charged. Had to hire y own. 2000. More for me. Hired electric got just SOME unusable outlet fixed was charged 3 service charges o the same call used them for dishwasher and frigde. They were once again to send plumber for ice maker hookup they didn’t. Dishwasher had to be replaced. Only ones offered didn’t fit After waiting almost an hour and a half on the phone I was told the didnt guareente the size buy my own. I give up. I’ll be eating that too. I sure this won’t get on the reviews but if it does. Think long and hard before you use them. It sounds great but it a Terrible disappointment If these people want to contact me give me a valid phone number and email so I can give them a return call if I miss them. If they don’t want to really fix all this just don’t bother to say you tried to resolve. I’ll keep you all updated

Our furnace went out the day before we were supposed to leave for Christmas vacation. We called AHS and they quickly contacted two area providers, one of whom called us within an hour. They were out later that afternoon to check on the problem. The gentleman was friendly, helpful, and honest, stating that he wasn't able to fix it yet that day due to special equipment needed. He came back the next day (Christmas Eve) and coordinated with our neighbor to let him into the house. The heat was fixed and we didn't have to worry while we were away!
