It took too long in 100 degree heat to have it fixed then repair led to additional malfunction resulting in further delay. Got it fixed finally but time frame was from 6/13- thru 6/26. And the purchase of a $500 window a/c unit to survive the heat. Lastly AHS rep would not authorize reimbursement because of weekend time frame

No way to contact them other than one phone number on website that takes you to CSR somewhere outside of the U.S. Never get the same person twice. Have to repeat information every single time. I ended up having to replace my entire a/c unit at a cost of thousands of dollars because their service provider gave me a fraudulent diagnosis. I was at risk of losing the sale on my condo as a result. Had to send an email to the CEO of Front Door (owns AHS) to get ANY resolution and that was minimal, at best.
